Mike’s work generally includes Architecture & Construction Management in the industrial, institutional & commercial sectors. Fundamental services such as design review, Ontario Building Code review, Contract drawings & specifications review, tendering, administration, and project management are key to re-purposing and renovating existing buildings and designing new innovative facilities. Mike views the clients budget as a tool rather than a constraint and consistently bring projects in on time and on budget.

Re-purposing has been successful in converting abandoned or under utilized facilities into new innovative surface infrastructure. Warehouses, locker rooms and shower facilities have been converted into new open concept office facilities with the latest in energy modelling and HVAC systems. “Out of the box” thinking and innovation are key to our approach. Successful execution. Understanding and listening to client needs assists us to manage expectations and deliver results. We enable our project partners to act on opportunities and encourage performance throughout the project life cycle.

NAVIGATE CHANGE

Project constraints and priorities alter throughout the stages of project development. Our project leaders understand that there are both risks and opportunities with each new endeavor. We educate and guide stakeholders to achieve beneficial decisions for the overall project.

RELATIONSHIP BUILDING

We moderate an open dialog between stakeholders and successful trade contractors. This method improves communication within project teams, and helps inspire a shared vision to successfully achieve project objectives.

TRANSPARENCY

Our fees are direct with the Client and separate from each trade tender. Our corporate incentives are to complete projects on schedule, and pass cost savings directly to the Client. Our success depends on it!
