PQS Graduate

The full-time position would involve working in our Architectural and Construction Management Companies. You will need to have excellent communication, interpersonal skills, a working knowledge of Revit 2017, Adobe, Microsoft and good technical knowledge in the construction industry. French as a second language is an asset.
The position includes working with a dynamic, energetic studio team of Architects, PQS, Technologists and Technicians. Roles and responsibilities include;
- Feasibility studies
- Conceptual estimating
- Project budgeting
- Cost planning
- Cost control estimates
- Tender review and contractor selection
- Cost analysis
- Review and recommendation of project progress payments
- Review and negotiate of change orders and contractual claims
- Mortgage monitoring and bank reports
- Project scheduling
- Cash flow projections
- Contract administrator
- Review work site + ensure contractors are complying with contract drawings and specifications
